These Terms of Service govern your use of allfleetinc.com and the services provided by All Fleet, Inc. ("All Fleet," "we," "us"). By using our website, requesting service, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Services

All Fleet provides 24/7 mobile truck and trailer repair, roadside assistance, and related services. Pricing, payment terms, and scope for each job are confirmed at the time of the service request or under your account agreement. If an account agreement or customer purchase order applies, it controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Payment

You agree to pay for services rendered under the agreed payment method. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection as permitted by law.

SMS text messaging program

Program: All Fleet service and account notifications. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from All Fleet about service requests, technician dispatch and ETAs, job status, invoices and payments, and job applications.

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (833) 255-3533.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false service requests, or interfere with its operation. Website content is owned by All Fleet and may not be copied without permission. ALL FLEET is a registered trademark of All Fleet, Inc.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Fleet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or text messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation set out in a signed agreement for services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
